About your role

40 Hours which will include a combination of 9-5 days and shifts to meet the needs of the service

We are looking for an experienced Deputy who is looking for the next step in their career with a passion for building effective teams and delivery outcome focused person-centred support.

The successful candidate will work alongside the Registered Manager with shared responsibility for the supervision of team members. Ensure quality compliance and oversight of the day to day delivery of support alongside the Registered Manager. As an assistant manager you will safely promote and encourage independence, choice, and community inclusion by encouraging our service users to be involved in every part of their day to day lives so that they can be full and active members of society.

Role Requirements

If you think this role is for you, we welcome applications from candidates who have at least a Level 3 Diploma in health and social care or equivalent and the desire to work towards a Level 4/5 Leadership and Management in Health & Social Care Diploma or equivalent.

Full UK driving licence.
