Hours: 40 Hours which will include a combination of 9-5 days and shifts to meet the needs of the service

We are looking for an experienced Deputy who is looking for the next step in their career with a passion for building effective teams and delivery outcome focused person-centred support.

Quarrydene is a supported living service that offers support for PMLD, people with autism, people with learning disabilities and physical disabilities in Wiltshire.

The successful candidate will work alongside the Registered Manager with shared responsibility for the supervision of team members. Ensure quality compliance and oversight of the day-to-day delivery of support alongside the Registered Manager.  As an assistant manager you will safely promote and encourage independence, choice and community inclusion by encouraging our service users to be involved in every part of their day to day lives so that they can be full and active members of society.
