Receptionist

Ludlow Street Healthcare is an innovative, rapidly expanding organisation that provides specialist care, education and treatment services for individuals with learning disabilities, mental health needs and other specialist care needs.
An exciting opportunity has arisen to appoint a Receptionist, based at Beechwood College. As a Receptionist, your role will be:
•To provide a welcoming and efficient front line service to all telephone and personal clients and visitors.
•Controlling access to the office and car parking.
Ideally you will have at least one year’s experience in public customer service in a frontline position and be an excellent communicator.
•To operate the telephone system including responding to enquiries, screening and transferring incoming calls.
•To ensure that the Reception area is clean and tidy at all time and to act as hostess on occasions as required, offering refreshments to our visitors.
•To keep records as directed by the management staff.
•To undertake such tasks as photocopying, copy typing and making travel arrangements as might be instructed by management.
Hours will be 37.5 per week, worked Monday – Sunday and flexible to the needs of the Service
