Registered Manager Gloucester

We have an exciting opportunity for a Registered manager for four supported living services in Gloucester with 21 service users in total.

The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of the day to day running of the registered service, working in partnership with deputies and senior support workers

The main purpose of your job is to supervise and manage a team as well as ensuring people we support are as involved as possible in every part of their day to day lives so that they can be full and active members of society. To safely promote and encourage independence, choice and community inclusion within your service. Always respecting that you are supporting the person within their own home. Iris Care Group are committed to ensuring that the REACH standards are at the core of its supported living services however the principles for those with learning disabilities and/or Autism around living a good life that focuses on choice, Independence and equal opportunity is integral to our ethos and all those we support whether this be within our residential homes or supported living services.

To be considered for this role you will have:

NVQ Level 4 or 5 Health & Social Care Diploma, Registered managers award or equivalent

Good knowledge and understanding of the Care Industry and surrounding regulations and relevant legislation

Experience of managing a delegated budget.

Experience of leading, motivating, supervising and line managing team members in accordance with policy and legislation; including management of Deputy Managers/Seniors/Team leaders
