We aim to provide free assessment of all referrals within 48-hours.
Our experienced Placement Coordinators, who are responsible for the divisions of Supported Living Services, Residential and Nursing Services and Hospitals, will request relevant information and arrange a comprehensive assessment by an appropriate Service Manager and/or member of the multidisciplinary team as required.
Following the assessment and discussion with the teams, a decision will be communicated immediately to the referring professional as to whether we would be able to support the person.
Detailed assessment reports, including support or treatment recommendations and costings for each individual referral are provided to Commissioners within seven days.
In exceptional circumstances, where there is a very urgent requirement, assessments can be undertaken more quickly.
