Conway House is located on the outskirts of Cardiff. It offers 24 hour residential social care and support for men with Mental Health Issues and/or a Personality Disorder.
Conway House is in the heart of its local community in the popular area of Roath on the outskirts of Cardiff City Centre. It is ideally located to promote rehabilitation and community integration with its easy access to local shops, newsagents, libraries, churches and parks.
The home has a warm, welcoming atmosphere where staff provide relational support and work in equal partnership with the individuals in our care, not only to promote recovery but to take considered therapeutic risks. These are essential to support the individual to gain and implement coping strategies and develop their independent life skills.
Conway House has an excellent track record of supporting people to gain qualifications, obtain paid employment, develop their life skills and to move onto independent or supported living.
Referrals are accepted from medium secure, low secure, locked rehabilitation services, and prisons as well as from individuals currently in the community whose placements do not give them the support they require.
The team at Conway House work in partnership with locality teams, NHS and independent sector hospitals and providers.
