Hayburn Flats

Hayburn Flats offers supported living in four self-contained flats for individuals with a range of complex needs, including autistic adults, people with learning disabilities, mental health needs, and those with behaviours that may challenge.

Situated in a quiet suburb in Kingsholm, each flat consists of one ensuite bedroom, a second bedroom (which is appropriate for sleep-in staff as required), and a separate bathroom. With a lovely kitchen and lounge for socialising and preparing meals, each flat is fully adaptable to the specific needs of the people we support.

We encourage the people we support to make the flats their own with their own décor and preferences, and our staff create a supportive environment with a focus on building independent living skills and improving quality of life.

Hayburn Flats is perfect for those who require their own space and would like to live independently, but with access to the community and specialist support. The local area offers many opportunities for leisure and community involvement, and Kingsholm Rugby Stadium is a short 10-minute walk away. The area also has many small parks to enjoy, and is a 12-minute drive Robinswood Hill Country Park.

The area has excellent public transport links and is only a 10-minute journey to the centre of Gloucester. Hayburn Flats is also within walking distance to a stagecoach bus route for easy access to Cheltenham.
