Iris Care Group provides supported living for people with a range of needs, helping them to achieve healthy, happy and fulfilled lives.

Our aim is to support people to live the lives they want to live. We do this by providing the right support at the right time with a focus on independence, choice, opportunity and supporting people to live a good quality of life.

Supporting people to live the life they choose

Through our range of supported living options across South West England we support adults with a wide range of needs which include learning disabilities, Autism, mental health issues, physical disabilities, acquired brain injury, sensory loss, and age-related needs.

We provide a range of accommodation options, delivered though our partner Housing Associations, including small, shared houses and individual flats.

We offer a care pathway, supporting people to move on from our hospitals and residential services to our supported living services within the Iris Care group, as well as supporting individuals to move from other community services.
