Yvonne Murray is an experienced HR Practitioner who joins the Iris Care Group as People Director.  She has held senior posts in several organisations and was, most recently, the Director of People & Organisational Development at the Brandon Trust, a learning and disability charity.  Prior to this, her employment included working for two national charities, Cardiff Airport, various NHS organisations and Tesco.

Yvonne is person-centred, collaborative and is committed to upholding the highest standards of fairness and integrity.  She is passionate about promoting wellbeing, equality, diversity and inclusion.
