With the days getting longer it’s nice to try to get outside more. Getting outside is great for our mental wellbeing. It can have a lot of positive effects, including:

  • Reducing feelings of stress or anger
  • Making you feel more relaxed
  • Improving your physical wellbeing

Some ways of getting outside more could be incorporating a walk and trying to grow your own flowers or vegetables.
